Agreement to These Terms

1. Eligibility

1.2 — Single Account
Each individual may register and maintain only one 333bg account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or through coordinated use by related parties — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 333bg may void all associated bets, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and permanently close all accounts involved.
1.3 — Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and registered mobile number used for payment processing. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2. Account Registration & Management
Registration on the 333bg platform is free and open to eligible individuals. When you register, you agree to the following account management obligations. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in restriction, suspension or termination of your account at 333bg's discretion.
- You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
- You must notify 333bg support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- You must keep your registered mobile number current — this is the primary recovery and verification method for your account.
- You must not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person under any circumstances.
333bg reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Standard KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the mobile wallet used for deposits. Where a player fails to complete KYC within the specified timeframe, 333bg may suspend withdrawal access until verification is completed.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the 333bg platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made via the supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
3.1 — Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit on the 333bg platform is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though 333bg reserves the right to introduce transaction limits at its discretion and will communicate any such changes in advance.
3.2 — Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet account used to make the original deposit. 333bg does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or accounts that differ from the registered deposit source. Standard withdrawal processing time is within a few minutes of approval, though processing times may extend during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
3.3 — Transaction Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal instructions you submit are accurate. 333bg cannot reverse a completed payment transaction once it has been sent to a mobile wallet provider. You must ensure the correct wallet number and method are selected before confirming any transaction. 333bg will not be liable for funds lost due to player error in payment instructions.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
333bg may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated in the offer terms.
- 333bg reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without notice, including where abuse or exploitation is suspected.
- Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time unless specific multi-bonus terms state otherwise.
- Bonuses applied to new accounts are intended for personal, recreational use only and are not available to players who operate in a professional or commercial wagering capacity.
333bg may at its discretion decline to offer a bonus to any player, or apply enhanced bonus verification to accounts that display patterns consistent with promotional abuse. The decision of 333bg on all bonus-related matters is final.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the 333bg platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and permanent exclusion from the platform. 333bg cooperates with relevant authorities where illegal conduct is identified.
5.1 — Fraud & Money Laundering
You must not use the 333bg platform for any purpose related to fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity. 333bg applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all transactions and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
5.2 — Collusion & Match Fixing
Any form of collusion between players, coordination to exploit bonus structures, or participation in or knowledge of match fixing in relation to events offered for betting on the 333bg platform is strictly prohibited. 333bg uses advanced detection systems to identify unusual betting patterns and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such activity is detected.
5.3 — Software Exploitation
You must not use bots, scripts, automated software, or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage on the 333bg platform. This includes exploiting software bugs, reverse engineering any part of the platform, or using any tool that interferes with the normal operation of games or payment systems. Accounts where such activity is detected will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
5.4 — Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your mobile wallet provider in relation to a legitimate 333bg transaction is considered a material breach of these Terms. Where a fraudulent chargeback is identified, 333bg reserves the right to recover the disputed amount from any remaining account balance, suspend the account immediately, and pursue recovery through available legal channels.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
333bg reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal or prohibited activity; failure to complete required KYC verification; reasonable suspicion of underage use; or any other circumstance in which 333bg determines that maintaining the account poses a risk to the platform, other players or the integrity of the service.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 333bg reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet following the completion of standard verification procedures. A player wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 333bg support.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the 333bg platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, and underlying code — is the property of 333bg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the 333bg platform without prior written consent. Game content is provided under licence from the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi) and is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333bg, its directors, employees, partners, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other financial loss, even where 333bg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
333bg does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (including mobile wallet provider outages), or force majeure events may affect platform availability. 333bg will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Bets placed during a demonstrable technical fault may be voided at 333bg's discretion.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
333bg collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using the 333bg platform, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform usage. 333bg uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect stored data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 333bg operates as an online platform and makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available in any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the 333bg platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
